Shipping policy

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES

U.S. Orders

Processing + shipping time is approximately 5–7 business days.

International Orders

Processing + shipping time is approximately 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier delays.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Please note:

  • Processing time and shipping time are separate
  • Delays caused by carriers are outside of Nova Magic’s control
  • Tracking updates may take time to refresh once shipped

SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review:

  • Apartment/unit numbers
  • Zip codes
  • Street names
  • House numbers
  • City and state

Nova Magic is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered by customers
  • Missing apartment or suite numbers
  • Orders shipped to old or outdated addresses
  • Packages delivered to the address provided at checkout

Orders are shipped exactly as entered by the customer during checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Reshipping fees will apply
  • A replacement is not guaranteed
  • Refunds will not be issued for customer address errors

Once an order has been placed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.


LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Nova Magic is no longer responsible for the package.

Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery issues
  • Delayed tracking

ORDER POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer:

  • Cancellations after processing
  • Refunds for incorrect addresses
  • Refunds for carrier delays
  • Refunds for delivered packages

If an item arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
