We do not handle customer service matters through Instagram DMs, comments, TikTok, Facebook, or other social media platforms. Social media is used for marketing and community engagement only.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMES
U.S. Orders
Processing + shipping time is approximately 5–7 business days.
International Orders
Processing + shipping time is approximately 7–14 business days depending on destination and carrier delays.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders are shipped exactly as entered by the customer during checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Reshipping fees will apply

A replacement is not guaranteed

Refunds will not be issued for customer address errors
Once an order has been placed or shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Once a package has been marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier, Nova Magic is no longer responsible for the package.
Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly regarding:
